We are now looking for a

CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

to SMA Mineral´s office in Tornio. This is a permanent position, and the job starts when the suitable candidate is found. You will be working from the office in Tornio, with the possibility of occasional remote work. You will be a part of international sales team and reporting to CCO of SMA Mineral.

Main focus of your job is to support customers in their order and delivery process. Your tasks include:

  • Order and invoice handling.
  • Providing product and service information to customers.
  • Collaboration with different departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate channels.
  • Ensuring that customers get the best possible service

 

In this job you will be communicating closely with customers, SMA Minerals sales organization, logistics and finance team. This role requires strong communication skills, problem solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We wish that you have:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English. Swedish language skill is an advantage.
  • Experience from working in ERP systems.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Efficienty in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Accuracy in documenting customer interaction
