Head of Sales

We are now looking for a Head of Sales, Large Domestic Customers

We are very proud of our extensive portfolio of domestic customers and now looking for a new key person to drive our sales and customer relationships to the next level.

In this role you will be working as a leader for sales and customer success management professionals. You and your team are responsible of hunting new customers and growing together with existing ones.  Key Account Managers report to you as well as customer success management team lead. You will have +10 direct reports and your overall organization is having around 20 professionals.

You will be working in the core of the Posti strategy and purpose – responsibly delivering what matters to you – on your terms.  Therefore, we are looking for a true people leader who can show the direction, empower people, and build an environment of trust and positive energy.

In this role you will 

  • Lead a team of highly skilled and motivated sales and customer success professionals (e.g key account manager, tender manager, customer success management team lead, customer success manager etc.)
  • Deliver outstanding sales and customer satisfaction results  
  • Work systematically and know what is happening
  • Bring the customer voice to the internal discussions
  • Enjoy cross-collaboration with various stakeholders (e.g. business, operations, technology, marketing, sales, service design)
  • Develop commercial excellence forward together with other Posti sales and business leaders
  • Coach your team members to grow as professionals and reach their targets

You are an energetic and result driven professional who makes things happen together with a network of professionals. You have the ability to constructively challenge our and our customers ways of thinking and provide new perspectives and solutions which also works in scale. Our working community is truly international. Therefore, we require fluency in Finnish & English language skills to perform in your work in the best possible way.
