We are looking for you,
IT Solution Team Manager, Sales and Supply Chain Management Solutions
to our headquarters in Espoo (Finland). Your team is located in Espoo, Netherlands (Hoofddorp) and the USA (Houston).
In this role, you will be accountable for the E2E delivery (Plan, Build, Operate), business fit and IT team performance for the IT Solutions in scope of the team. The team is responsible for Sales and Supply Chain Management IT solutions used by our renewable and oil products businesses.

Your role in our team
- Lead and manage the team's work, well-being and skills development
- Ensure fit for purpose and efficient IT architecture and services in your area
- Plan and manage implementation of IT related roadmaps according to Neste Business strategy and needs
- Manage the development of supplier network
- Be responsible for IT resource and financial management within own area
Keys to success in this role
- Wide knowledge of SCM and/or Sales solutions utilising SAP
- Strong process and architectural thinking
- Experience in working with business stakeholders
- Experience in managing IT services and projects
- Great leadership and management skills
- M.Sc/MBA or similar degree in a relevant field
- Fluent English
