If you have a systematic working style and a passion for product management, this open opportunity is for you. We are looking for a motivated and energetic professional to take charge of our evolving product portfolio, which includes cutting-edge technological solutions designed specifically for our paper industry customers.
What does this mean in practice? As a Product Manager of our market-leading QCS solutions, you will take ownership of selected QCS portfolio, primarily focused on paper, board, and tissue machines. Your main responsibility will be product management, ensuring the quality, competitiveness, and market relevance of our offerings.
You will harness new technological opportunities and drive the development and launch of new innovative solutions through R&D programs. Additionally, you will provide sales support and guidance to both our customers and global sales teams, with a focus on providing customer value.
What we expect from you?
To be an ideal match, you should possess solid knowledge of papermaking processes and a strong interest in becoming an expert in delivering high-value solutions to customers. You work systematically, with ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet business objectives. To summarize, these are the things we are looking for:

A suitable educational background, such as M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering

Familiarity with the paper industry

Knowledge of QCS and automation systems structures

Strong presentation and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment

Willingness and ability to travel internationally

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with strong presentation abilities
