We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Innovation & Technology team.

The innovation & Technology team contributes to our in-house strategic IT project delivery. We build and develop our organizations enterprise architecture and applications, and foster innovation culture. Our purpose is to support KPMG organization in all aspects of IT, with increasing interest in supporting business process development, data and information management and governance, integration architecture, AI applications and cloud infrastructure.

Our project management office is a small and dynamic team that is not afraid to get hands on to get things forward. We are proactive and self-motivated, and we seek to deliver IT projects to our organization as efficiently as possible, with high quality. We are looking for a project manager to join our team, who can manage and deliver our key strategic technology projects together with us and be a vital part of our project management team.

As a Project Manager,

You will be responsible for leading selected KPMG key technology projects as a Project Manager. You will be working together with our technology management team and Product Owners to accomplish strategic goals related e.g. to:

- improving data, integration & information management and governance,

- supporting in Nordic level project initiatives,

- implementing new applications vital to our business operations,

- assisting our business teams to design business processes supported by a technology,

- as well as migration projects to cloud native environments.

You are a strong candidate if you have

- Working experience in project management, and you have been leading and delivering technology projects from definition to development phase, to launching the project results to end users.

- Experience in managing and coordinating completion of deliverables between different project team members, key stakeholders, and suppliers, acting as the "person in the middle" between technical, administrative, and business team members.

- Ability and desire to deliver good and clear documentation as part of the project deliverables, and to communicate the progress, milestones, and summary of deliverables clearly to management and key stakeholders.

- Consultative mindset, facilitating resolution of business problems with technology.

- Problem solving skills, i.e. ability to facilitate clarification of project challenges and definition of solution alternatives to overcome obstacles for project success.

- Fluent and clear written and verbal communication skills in English; Finnish language skills are seen as a plus but not a requirement.

This is a permanent full-time position, and the starting date is negotiable. The position is based in our office in Helsinki, Töölönlahdenkatu 3A.
