Property Manager

Your role

 The responsibilities of the person employed in this position will include:

  • participating in the preparation of investment, renovation, and operational tasks related to the technical maintenance of facilities

  • preparing tender materials and participating in the process of selecting suppliers and service providers in the field of technical maintenance of facilities

  • preparing and participating in the process of concluding and implementing contracts in the field of technical maintenance of facilities

  • supervising the implementation of investment, renovation, and operational tasks

  • supervising the quality of work of contractors in terms of compliance with OHS, environmental protection, as well as internal and external guidelines.

  • preparing reports and documentation for superiors and state administration bodies

  • supervising lease, rental, etc. agreements

 

Your qualifications

We expect candidates for this position to have:

  • a higher technical education

  • knowledge of English - level min. B2

  • experience in leading projects

  • proficient knowledge of MS Office

  • the ability to read technical documentation

  • general knowledge of the Building Law

  • category B driving license

  • professional experience in a similar area of tasks will be an additional advantage
