We are currently looking for a Sales Manager located in the Uusimaa region. In this role, you will drive the sales of our ventilation systems in Finland and across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional eager to make an impact.
Responsibilities:
- Selling ventilation systems to B2B clients
- Identifying, establishing, and maintaining effective client relationships
- Preparing commercial proposals
- Managing information in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Strong sales orientation and goal achievement mindset
- At least 1 year of experience in sales
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Understanding of technical systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to document and present solutions effectively
- Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English
