Responsibilities

Create and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team and early ambassadors.

Design and implement strategies to grow and "selling" our free app version to as many users as possible.

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with early ambassadors to leverage their networks and maximize app exposure.'

Develop sales plans, including goals, strategies, and tactics.

Execute sales initiatives and track their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

Engage with users to understand their needs and preferences.

Implement strategies to enhance user engagement and drive conversions from free to paid users.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

Provide regular updates and recommendations to the management team based on sales data and trends.

Train and mentor sales team members and early ambassadors on sales strategies and techniques.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.

Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation.

Experience in a startup environment or in the tech industry is preferred.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Danish is preferred -alternatively Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish is an added advantage.
