Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Dynamics 365 Developer / Solution Architect who is a thought leader and expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies, with a special emphasis on Field Service, Project Service, and Customer Service domains.

Metso is a global leader in sustainable technologies, end-to-end solutions and services for the aggregates, minerals processing and metals refining industries, decided to open an RnD centre in Kraków.

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer/Solution Architect, you will be a thought leader and expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies, with a special emphasis on Field Service, Project Service, and Customer Service domains. You will play a key role in treating these solutions as valuable assets to fulfill our tier-1 ambitions. Your responsibilities will include guiding development teams, leading a "low code" approach, staying updated on Microsoft's evolving landscape, and owning the D365 FS platform roadmap.

This position is located in Krakow, Poland, including a hybrid option.

What you will do

• Successfully design, implement, and deploy the Service Operations Dynamics Solution.
• Provide guidance to development teams on methodologies to enhance D365 FS functionality.
• Lead a "low code" approach for customization needs, aiming for a "clean" solution.
• Stay informed on the ever-evolving Microsoft landscape and drive change to extract the best value from updates.
• Own the D365 FS platform roadmap, foreseeing how Dynamics 365 FS and Microsoft 365 FS platform bring value to the organization.

Who you are

• Passion for evolving technology and practices driving field service and project execution domains.
• Demonstrated excellence in communicating complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of the out-of-the-box data model for Dynamics 365 Field Service, Project Service, and Customer Service.
• Experience in Power Platform and other relevant Microsoft cloud technologies, along with common ISVs for Dynamics 365.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer experience, emphasizing Field Service and Project Service Automation, including appropriate certifications.
• Experience working with global teams on Dynamics implementation and maintenance projects.
• Experience with D365 interfacing and integration using APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience in heavy industry is an advantage.
