Would you be our next S&OP Analyst to join our multitalented Sales & Operations Planning Team located in our modern office in Ilmala, Helsinki. Sales and Operations Planning team offers you highly skilled colleagues in business know how of demand and supply management, operational processes, volume forecasting and related finances. We seek to be empowered further by increasing our analytical expertise. Your main responsibility will be the technical solutions that our numbers and analytics rely on. Together with the team you will be responsible of S&OP facts and analysis that we provide for our business to have control, prepare, and succeed in our business ventures. Would this be you?

• You have analytically oriented mindset and practical know-how of data engineering tools/solutions like Databricks, Azure Synapse, PowerBI and programming languages like SQL, Python, R.
• You hold a degree in e.g Industrial management, Economics, Mathematic or IT applicable.
• You have a curious mind and problem-solving attitude.
• You don’t fear to be in a crucial role to ensure company’s profitable growth and operational excellence.
• You possess high teamworking skills and boldness to grow as an individual and team-member.
• Optionally any existing knowledge of Posti business and technical environment will be considered an advantage.
