Specialist, Accounts Receivable

We are looking for a specialist to join our Accounts Receivables team. Our team is responsible for the YIT group's sales invoicing, credit control, and debt collection. Your task as an AR specialist is to take care of various accounts receivable tasks, such as invoicing and credit control. In addition to specialist tasks, you will act as one of the team's key users.

In key user role, you will e.g.

• Conduct end user trainings during and after the implementation of new systems and in new ways of working.
• Facilitate user productivity of the solutions.
• Serve as single point of contact for the system and process related end user questions and concerns.
• Escalate system errors and provide solutions in collaboration with other key users and stakeholders.
• Have a significant role in solution testing during the system implementations and updates
• Initiate and participate in development projects, representing the local and end user viewpoints.
• Act as an enthusiastic and positive change agent of the future systems.
• Create and maintain working instructions with process context for the applications.

An important part of your job is also handling various customer assignments and complaints related to the accounts receivable process.

You will succeed in this role if you have good interaction and collaboration skills, as well as an organized approach to work. You have previous experience in sales invoicing and credit control with excellent process and business understanding. You need to have development mindset with willingness and passion to influence and improve current processes and ways of working.

We expect you to have an education suitable for the role, with a focus on financial management. It is essential to have proficiency in English and Finnish to be successful in this role.
