We are looking for a Summer Trainee in Process Development team in Espoo area in Finland.

As a Summer Trainee - in Logistics Excellence, process owner team you will:​

• Help with process work related documentation
• Support the process owners in various tasks
• Help with stakeholder management

Who you are

​

• A higher degree study background in for example Process Technology, Process Metallurgy, business, IT, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, customer experience (CX), customer data management
• A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work 
• Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.​ 
• An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks. 
• Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively 
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
