We are looking for three specialists to join our process design team to work on exciting client projects in the following roles:
Technology Manager, Chemicals and Life Sciences
Technology Manager, Environmental Engineering (including emissions to water and air)
Technology Manager, Heat Recovery Processes and Energy Technology

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as an expert in various project phases for clients, focusing primarily on FEL1 and FEL2 stages, performing equipment sizing for process design, and guiding junior designers in projects
- Performing balance calculations for study phases, e.g., using Aspen
- Project management tasks
- Project sales and preparing proposals together with the rest of the sales team
- Development tasks
In addition to design assignments, you will work closely with our sales segments in sales support tasks, and together with the process design managers, you will help develop our Industrial sector. The role can be adjusted between the main tasks mentioned above according to the specialist's areas of interest, with a focus on different areas. In addition to the process design team, your success in this role will be supported by the expertise of the entire industry and other Rejlers functions. In this diverse Technology Manager role, you will have the opportunity to work broadly across different sectors and participate in technology selection for our projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree (DI) or equivalent in a relevant field (process engineering, chemical engineering, energy technology, or organic/inorganic chemistry)
- Several years of practical experience in technology development, concept and basic design, project implementation, and/or plant operations in the chemical industry
- Enjoy working at the customer interface, with extensive experience in process design at a senior or lead level
- Experience as a project manager or leading expert in projects
- In the role of Technology Expert, we expect a deep knowledge of the field and the ability to offer practical solutions to clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop new solutions and approaches with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong proficiency in process modeling tools, such as Aspen and HSC
- Fluent proficiency in both Finnish and English, both written and spoken
