BRAND MARKETING MANAGER

Red Bull Finland is looking for a driven and passionate Brand Marketing Manager who takes care of the brand and ensures that it is portrayed in the right way in all locally relevant marketing channels.

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you are responsible for planning and executing Red Bull Finland’s yearly advertising plan and budget. You are used to analyzing and utilizing consumer behavior data in your decision making and have experience with media planning and buying, delivering high impact campaigns that drive awareness and brand love for Red Bull. We appreciate your experience as a negotiator since you are in charge of managing the relations towards media and marketing agencies. 

 

The Brand Marketing Manager will work closely with the specialists to ensure the best in class media planning and high impact campaigns that ultimately drive awareness, consideration, and brand love for Red Bull. The brand team act as brand guardians for Red Bull Finland and manage the responsibilities such as consumer insights, product, in-store, and packaging activation including new product/variant launches. You will also be working across advertising creative development, media planning and buying for brand/product activities, content and events and consumer engagement activities e.g., online platforms. 

 

One of the key elements in your role is everyday collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You have an ability to challenge but also coach them to better understand the brand and how it should be visible in each channel. You lead your team of two creative specialists by example. As a leader at Red Bull, your task is to support your team in their development journey through active and coaching leadership, thereby creating the right conditions for Red Bull's continued success. You deliver excellence with Red Bull`s premium brand image in all activities and executions. This is a key role when contributing Red Bull Finland’s annual business plan. The Brand Marketing Manager reports to the National Marketing Manager. 

  

To be successful in this role you should have: 

  • 3+ years b2c brand marketing experience from consumer goods/FMCG industry and/or media and advertising agency  
  • Relevant university degree in marketing 
  • Record of accomplishments in successful brand initiatives 
  • You are familiar with the Finnish media landscape and have worked on impactful campaigns of various sizes 
  • Analytical skills and ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies as well as you are comfortable using data to inform decisions and to plan and optimize advertising campaigns 
  • You are detail orientated and confident in budget management with a track record of handling campaigns with multiple budget lines 
  • You have an ability to gather consumer insights and understand what drives top of mind-awareness and how occasion/moment-based marketing works 
  • You are curious and interested in how brands connect with consumers with meaning and purpose and love finding creative ways to do so 

You're an entrepreneurial person who enjoys what Red Bull as a brand stands for. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English, and you are comfortable presenting to an audience and leading a team of creatives and specialists. Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational ability with touch of creativeness are also skills you need.
