We are now looking for a Business Analyst
to join our analytics team within KONE Supply Chain.
KONE Supply Chain manufactures and delivers new building and modernization solutions for customer projects and takes care of KONE logistics, safety, quality, environment, and sustainability globally. You will be working closely with our functions and supporting them with data insights and analysis.
Main responsibilities include:
- Business partnering in data analytics for selected initiatives and projects.
- Coordination between business and IT teams, ensuring that requirements are well defined and clarified.
- Providing ad-hoc analytics and data support to business teams.
- Monitoring and tracking progress of initiatives and projects.
- Supporting citizen developers in Supply Chain with training, documentation, and regular communication.
- Actively collaborating with business stakeholders and your colleagues in KONE analytics community.
Requirements for the role:
- A suitable master's degree
- Working experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Ability to work independently with business stakeholders and as a member of the team.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new information and complex business requests.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements with accuracy and attention to detail
- Interest in learning and understanding how data is organized and processed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Project management experience is an asset
The primary location for the position is in Espoo, Finland.
We are seeking candidates who are currently legally authorized to work in Finland and are able to start as soon as possible due to the business-critical nature of the role and the planned timeline.
