We are looking for an experienced and driven CFO to lead the financial strategy of our company. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring long-term success, and aligning financial objectives with our overall strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
In the CFO role, you will lead and manage the company’s financial operations, including accounting, financial risk management and cash flow. You will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, contributing to high-level decision-making and business development. You will drive business process improvements, ensuring cost efficiency and long-term financial planning.
You will oversee both internal and external financial reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will develop and implement strategies for data utilization, costing, and procurement, helping to optimize company resources. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to our strategic initiatives, offering a commercial and economic perspective on growth opportunities, and market positioning.
In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and be based in Kaarina, with occasional travel required.
To succeed in this role you will need
- Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in roles such as CFO or Financial Director.
- Strong expertise in all aspects of the CFO role, including financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in international business and the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience working in executive teams, offering commercial insights for strategic planning and business development.
A relevant higher education degree (e.g., M.Sc. in Economics, M.Sc. in Technology, or equivalent) is required.
