Do you have experience in system and hardware/electronics development and want to be at the forefront of developing next-generation automation systems?
We are looking for a hardware/electronics development professional to participate independently and collaboratively in all phases of product development. You will be joining the Automation Platform R&D unit in Valmet's Automation Systems, Tampere, Finland, to develop future automation systems with 100+ colleagues.

Requirements
To succeed in this exciting role, you have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. In addition, you bring several years of experience in embedded system and electronics development. You are familiar with system architecture design, specification work, electronics design, component selections and derating, review and verification tasks. You have practical knowledge of electronics design tools and methods, prototyping, measurements and laboratory testing and products manufacturing process. Earlier work experience of distributed process automation systems or PLC products is also valued.
