Digital Marketing Coordinator

Voysey Brands acquires and operates brands that have captured the hearts of discerning clients. With a focus on high-end brands, we are dedicated to becoming a quintessential house of brands for the 21st century. We currently own 34 brands with sales from over 20 countries. Our headquarters are located in Helsinki and we have a regional office in Hong Kong. Our company operates exclusively in English.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and talented individual to join our Helsinki team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. In this position, you will play an essential part in growing and elevating the online presence of our luxury brands. You will work directly under the Managing Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and enhancing our e-commerce platforms.
• Crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans to boost our brands' online presence.
• Supervising the creation and management of content, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
• Working closely with external partners, including digital agencies and tech providers, to advance e-commerce projects.
• Handling and addressing customer inquiries to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in e-commerce is a plus
• Fluent in English
