Fundraising Specialist for "Roadteam" (Helsinki Area & 50km-200km area)

We are looking for people to work for our client company, who are interested Stand sales (Markets + Malls) within the humanitarian/charity sector!

Still, this role needs the availability to also do DAYTRIPS with our Team Lead & other team members!

The role is perfect for students living in Finland who wants to earn some extra income and are interested in sales and wants to gain experience in the field in Finland.

Role description?

In this role you will be contacting people in different areas. The aim of the work is to acquire new monthly donors for the organization you are representing.

The role can be part-time or full-time, and the working hours per week are approximately 15-37,5/h. You can choose how many hours you want to work based on your schedule. The work is mainly done in two shifts during Mon-Fri (days and evenings) as well as at all times on Saturdays.

The shifts will be between 12:00 - 7pm (Approximately).

The shifts and routes are published to all workers about a week in advance and you can pick the shift and route combinations that are suitable for you.

We are looking for motivated people with great can-do attitudes for these roles! It is great if you already have some experience in sales but you can also be new in the industry.

What are we expecting from you?

• Self-initiative and a creative way of thinking + Excellent interaction and communication skills

• Excellent English language skills (No Finnish required!)

• You are looking for a part-time or full-time role in sales and marketing in Finland

 Experience or great interest in sales and marketing roles that require a goal-oriented and active attitude

• NB: You must already live in Finland to be able to apply to this job!

Compensation and other information?

• Comission = 90€ - 225€ Per Sale!

• Starting date: As soon as possible!!!

• Working time: 15h-37,5h / week (Mon-Sat, you can decide when you'll want to work)
