Global Process Analyst

Konecranes Finance Transformation organization is responsible for Konecranes' global finance and control processes and development. We are looking for a Global Process Analyst to work with the harmonisation and development of Konecranes’ global finance processes. In this versatile role, you have a great opportunity to utilise your process development experience and level up your project management skills.

You will have a key role in acting as a connecting link between business end-users, global process owners, and IT. If you are a self-imposed and ambitious person who likes to engage with other people and solve problems and additionally you have some previous experience from accounting and finance process development, read further and apply today!

You will work in very close cooperation with the Finance Global Process Owners – you might run independent development initiatives, be responsible for the Finance development and implementation as part of a project team, or work as a project manager in one of our development projects. There is also a future opportunity to work as a Product Owner in an Agile Scrum team.

Your responsibilities

• Finance process guidance, harmonisations and improvements, in cooperation and as agreed with Finance Global Process Owners
• Communication with business and IT as well as collecting and documenting requirements based on the needs of stakeholders
• Finding, testing, and documenting solutions as required and performing knowledge transfers to stakeholders.
• Provide process and SAP user trainings, create end-user instructions and support business
• Lead or support projects and smaller development initiatives, as a finance representative

What you should bring

• Relevant academic degree in economics (accounting)
• Previous working experience in accounting and process development. Working experience in a project environment is seen as a clear advantage.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, other languages are seen as an advantage
• Experience and knowledge of Konecranes business and processes

SAP skills (especially Finance modules) are essential. Skills in Qlikview, Power BI, and Jira are seen as an advantage. Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is also seen as an advantage.

You are evolving and constantly striving to implement and improve processes and best practices. You are responsible, proactive, and independent, and as a social and cooperative person, you have strong communication skills. You adapt easily to changing situations and you have good organizational skills
