We are looking for you,
 
Head of Operating Models
 
to join our global Business Processes team in Espoo. We support the growth and profitability of Neste by driving end-to-end process excellence, holistic operating model architecture management, continual improvement of operational excellence, organizational change management, optimal utilization of IT to support efficient process execution, and appropriate internal controls.
 
In this role you will be accountable for operating model development to enable efficient implementation of new and existing business models. You will work closely with different Neste business development teams, process owners, IT and HR, and collaborate with Neste Business Units, Platforms and functions.
As part of our team, you will contribute in taking Neste’s capabilities to implement and operate its business models to the next level. Together with you and your expertise, we can make an impact today and keep our promises for tomorrow.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders globally to ensure visibility to relevant business model development activities and that we have the right operating model development activity to support these 
• Provide support and consultation to stakeholders leading business model development activities 
• Manage Neste operating model architecture and library
• Manage Neste operating model development and management approach
• Together with the team, lead the operating model portfolio planning and project execution
• Lead and manage your team and the related network of stakeholders

Keys to success in this role

• Thorough understanding of organizational design and operating model development
• Strong track record of leading change
• Strong implementation drive
• Strategic thinking and hands-on approach to problem solving
• Ability to navigate from high level concepts to practical details like e.g. legal entities and money flows, and bring clarity in a highly complex environment
• Excellent collaboration, communication and team leadership skills
• Curiosity, desire to listen and learn, willingness to travel
• Relevant university degree
• Ability to quickly develop a thorough understanding of Neste businesses
