As a valued member of our team specialising in the Public Safety sector, you are a key driver of organisational excellence by bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution. Your mission is to partner with Process Owners to modernise and streamline our Public Safety and Security (PSS) business' Business Management System (BMS), ensuring it remains lean, consistent, and fully aligned with our multi-year strategic transformation.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our strategic transformation, supporting the evolution of the BMS to accommodate new business models and innovative ways of working. You will act as a consultant for process excellence, providing Process Owners with the framework and expertise necessary to deploy and improve critical business operations. Ultimately, you are the guardian of system integrity, ensuring total consistency across the BMS landscape by skillfully balancing complex technical requirements with organizational agility.
Your main role and responsibilities include:

Contribute to the strategy of the Airbus PSS BMS evolution

Be the Single Point of Contact for a set of critical lifecycles and processes owners, supporting them in maintaining and adapting their respective scopes.

Support specific strategic BMS initiatives

Contribute to the regular process reviews, and to the global consistency of the BMS releases with the defined strategy

Perform internal audits to verify the process adherence and relevance to PSS business

Let's talk about you - who is set to thrive in this position?
In this role, we need a proficient professional with 5-10 years of experience in quality management, with a strategic system approach.
You have experience in process development, audit, risk and change management in the context of technological shift conducted with Agile mindset. You have a master's degree in quality management or similar and professional English language skills both in spoken and written.
We're seeking someone who thrives in an innovative environment, ready to support the company's transformation. This role demands adaptability to a multicultural setting, and the ability to make informed decisions independently.
Succeeding in this role requires a result and goal oriented mindset as well as customer orientation. We expect you to have good communication and negotiation skills. In addition, ability to critical reflection and taking initiative are central aspects of this role.
