About your role
As an Investor Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the development and implementation of Orion Pharma's investor relations strategy, effectively communicating our equity story to key stakeholders focusing especially on retail investors. In this capacity, you will gain in-depth exposure to pharmaceutical innovation and development, with a particular emphasis on communicating our R&D achievements as a core element of our equity narrative. You will work in close partnership with the Head of Investor Relations and collaborate extensively with top management, business leaders, and the finance and communications teams, ensuring alignment and coherence across all investor-facing communications.
Your key responsibilities
- Preparing and developing investor communications, including interim and annual reports, investor presentations, stock exchange releases, Q&A's and other IR communication materials including R&D press releases.
- Serving as the primary contact for retail investors. Planning, developing and executing communication and interaction with private investors.
- Overseeing and developing Orion's investor relations website and presence in other digital platforms.
- Preparing and participating roadshows, investor conferences, Capital Market Days, Annual General Meetings, and other IR events.
This is a permanent and full time position and you will be located at our Head Office in Espoo. You'll have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, following Orion Pharma's guidelines, which include currently three days a week in the office.

Our expectations
- Academic master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, communications, finance)
- At least 4 years work experience within investor relations or financial communications
- Good understanding of financial figures and equity markets
- Understanding of financial and legal requirements for publicly listed companies
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proactive approach, flexibility, ability to work independently and under pressure, attention to detail, willingness for continuous improvement
- Successful performance in the position requires good proficiency in Finnish and English
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage, but a genuine interest and desire to learn the industry is more important
- Willingness to travel occasionally
