Metso is now looking for a Logistics Specialist

As a Logistics Specialist your main responsibilities are monitoring open deliveries, handling export documents, invoicing and customer service. You will take care of our shipments dispatching from our plant in Lithuania. You will be working closely with multiple freight forwarders and the factory in Šiauliai in addition to being in daily contact with our customers. We are looking for a person that already have experience working in logistics coordinator tasks or similar logistics jobs in an international business environment. You have a good understanding of standard export and import processes. You are familiar working with different stakeholders and transportation partners. You preferably have some experience with SAP and the ability to adopt also other necessary applications in your daily work.

You have good customer service attitude and can communicate fluently in English. Your workstyle is independent, adaptable and flexible. As a Logistics Specialist you can manage multiple issues in a tight schedule and have the attitude of getting the job done. This job requires the ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure. Most importantly you are a team player always willing to learn and help each other to succeed.
