Product Specialist to Cards Department

Do you want to be part of creating the future of card payment solutions for banks and financial institutes? The Product Specialist's responsibility in the development chain is, above all, requirement specifications and testing. The Product Specialist is many times the link between our developers and our customers, so a customer centered mindset and clear communication skills are important tools to be successful in the role. Experience from running smaller assignments or projects and test processes is beneficial but not a requirement.

You need to be adaptable, communicative, thorough, have an eye for details as well as be able to redirect your focus throughout the day. As a person we would like for you to be a driven doer, who thrives in getting things done.

In the role of a Product Specialist communication is the most important tool and this requires for you to have good communication skills in speaking and writing in English and preferably also Swedish, as both languages are used in the daily work.

About the position:
Personal traits like structured, analytical and a good sense of logic are highly valued in this position. You understand process chains but are also able to find solutions to intricate issues. You are a person who is not afraid to ask questions and take control. The role includes reading and updating documentation, as well as being able to communicate demands across various roles and teams. You learn new things with ease and like to share your knowledge with your team. Previous experience or an interest in finance, software development or programming is a bonus.
