What you will enjoy doing
- As Production Manager LPG you will have full responsibility for the LPG propane filling production ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations
- You will have responsibility for leading the production team, building safe and performance‑driven work environment.
- You are responsible for the LPG production processes, equipment reliability and safe operations. You have a strong technical and process safety knowledge, including plant equipment, filling systems and technical documentation.
- You have a knowledge of process safety principles, strong understanding of flammable gas production, ATEX requirements, pressurized systems and you have experience with operational risk assessment tools (including HAZOPS, MOC, PTW)
- You have a data‑driven approach to performance management through production KPIs, root cause analysis, and continuous operational improvement
- Also, you will have oversight of maintenance, equipment reliability, supplier collaboration, and ongoing system development
- As well as accountability for budget, resources, regulatory compliance, and high standards in 5S and operational discipline

- You bring solid experience from production or operational leadership where safety, quality and efficiency have been key drivers
- You have qualifications and practical experience in engineering or related technical field
- And you have a strong understanding of ATEX directives in the production environment

- You communicate clearly in Finnish and English, build trust and enjoy collaborating across functions
