We are now looking for a new colleague to support our strong growth:
SALES & PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Are you the one who brings structure and efficiency to sales and project management?

In this role, you will ensure that customer orders, project administration, and invoicing are handled smoothly and accurately. You will work closely with the sales team, project managers and the administrative manager, acting as the person who brings clarity and consistency to daily operations. You will update contracts, manage documentation and schedules, and participate in project meetings to keep everything on track.

Your daily work will involve using Netvisor, Excel, and other systems, and you will also contribute to developing the CRM process as we transition to a new system. You will manage invoicing and preliminary accounting tasks and support sales with reporting and analysis to provide the team with up-to-date information for decision-making. The role is versatile and requires flexibility - sometimes you will assist HR with sustainability reporting, while at other times you will ensure project invoicing and data accuracy.

We are looking for someone with an educational background in finance or business administration and at least a few years of experience in similar tasks. You can handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. You are solution-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders - both within the team and, when needed, with customers. Language skills are essential: Finnish and English are required, and Swedish is a significant advantage as most of the team is Swedish-speaking.

We offer you a role where you can make an impact and help develop our operations in a growing company. Your primary workplace will be in Pietarsaari, but you can also work from Vaasa, with occasional visits to Pietarsaari a few times per month.
