Service Desk Specialist (FI/EST/ENG)

Are you a problem solver who is eager to further develop your skills and knowledge in IT? We are now looking for customer service orientated and multilingual Service Desk Specialist for our global IT client in Helsinki. We expect you to have fluency in Finnish, Estonian and English. 

What is it all about?

Your responsibility is to provide 1st level technical support to end users through phone and email. Contacts are mainly related to Windows and O365 workstation environment, questions can also range from being about forgotten passwords to different systems being used by end users. This role is mainly about providing quality customer service and providing remote IT support for hardware and software fault diagnostics, incident resolution, troubleshooting and configuration. 

What do we expect?

We would really appreciate if you already have some experience from IT support/helpdesk/service desk type of positions (summer jobs and internships are also valued) and/or some experience from customer service. The key thing is to have a good understanding of PC software/hardware (+peripheral devices), Microsoft products as well as Windows operating system. Previous experience from e.g. TeamViewer and Active Directory are also highly valued.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have good social skills and service minded attitude. We also appreciate adaptive and proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work in sometimes hectic environment. Moreover, you will need to have fluency in Finnish, Estonian and English
