Your role
As a Specialist in Quality Assurance, your main task is to ensure that manufacturing operations at FinVector comply with GMP and regulatory requirements. This involves reviewing and approving various GMP documents, including batch manufacturing records (BMRs), batch filling records (BFRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), out-of-specification reports (OOXs), testing records, deviations, GMP project documents, and risk assessments. You will also be involved in solving manufacturing, testing, and quality system-related problems, depending on your team.
Your work will primarily focus on documentation, information, and project management. This includes interpreting multiple data sources and making informed decisions based on the information you gather. If you enjoy work that requires accuracy, a systematic approach, and managing entire projects, this role might be a good fit for you.
We are looking for team members for one permanent position and two fixed-term positions (until November 30, 2025). The work will start on November 4th, with the team working Monday to Friday mainly from 8 am to 4 pm.

Degree in cell biology, pharmacy, biochemistry, bioprocessing engineering or related field.
Knowledge and understanding of quality systems and GMP-regulations.
Ability to make rational and analytical decisions based on the data and find new solutions to clear obstacles.
Systematic approach and prioritization skills.
Efficient working style to manage entireties and achieve the goals, but also precise attention to details.
Ability to easily adjust to changing situations.
Having an understanding or previous experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, Healthtech industry, or aseptic processes is considered an advantage.
We seek a self-directed, proactive individual with strong collaboration and teamwork skills. You should communicate clearly, present issues constructively, and offer solutions. Managing deadlines and handling pressure is crucial. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. You will work in an office environment but will operate in a cleanroom or laboratory when needed. For example, in a support role, you might assist with procedures or provide documentation support to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
