As our current team member takes on newinternal responsibilities, we are now looking for an experienced SystemSpecialist/Manager to join us in maintaining and supporting Finance systems inAspia Group.

Responsibilities

As a System Manager – Finance systems at Aspia, you manage and support our Enterprise Finance systems, such as OracleNetsuite and group consolidation system AARO as a main systems.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure the operative maintenance of the solution that meet business needs together with Product Owner of the applications. Daily collaboration involves working with Finance, Group IT stakeholders such as Product Office, Support function and Operations, Aspia’s business, suppliers, and other stakeholders across countries. Additionally, your tasks include defining and maintaining documentation, technical requirements, backlog and development plans together with Product Owner.

You will work as part of a skilled Group IT Cloud and Operations team. The team consists of professionals working in Sweden and Finland. You will report to Head of Cloud and Operations. The position is permanent.

What we expect from you

  • 3-6 years of experience working with business applications
  • Basic understanding of ERP, MS 365,or finance-related systems (e.g. NetSuite or similar)
  • Experience with tools likeExcel, Power BI, or similar reporting solutions
  • Experience in automation tools andAI is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic culture
  • Independent, analytical, and business-oriented approach
  • Solution-oriented, proactive, and structured way of working
  • Strong teamwork skills both locally and internationally
  • Good capabilities tocommunicate in matrix environment and ability to work fluently in both spokenand written English. Mastering an Aspia country (Finnish or Swedish) languageis an advantage.
  • Relevant technical education degree
