Tech Strategy & IT M&A Consultant with strong architecture skills
We are seeking a senior level Consultant to join our Technology Strategy team in Helsinki. In this role, you will work hands on with IT strategy, enterprise architecture, carve-outs, and integrations related to M&A transactions. You will work closely with business leaders and C-level executives to ensure smooth IT transitions that support deal objectives and create lasting value.
What kind of role is it?
Our technology strategy consulting team supports our clients with creating winning IT and technology strategies, developing modern operating models, designing scalable architectures, and successfully leading large transformations.
We will tailor your role and responsibilities based on your experience, but you will be working e.g. with following topics:
- Driving IT carve-out, integration and due diligence client projects, and working with both client's business & functional teams as well as various PwC teams from different competencies
- Within the deals transformation projects, drive IT planning and execution in alignment with the overall value creation objectives, from pre-deal to post-deal, from strategy to program management
- Contribute to the planning and implementation by advising on the right architecture, technology solutions and approach to implementation
- Participate in other Technology strategy engagements like IT strategy development
This role is for you if:
- You have proven experience in IT leadership, enterprise architecture, or IT/digital transformation within complex or M&A projects
- You have holistic understanding of the full IT landscape; strategy, operating models, architectures and how these support business goals
- You're comfortable engaging in C-level discussions and can translate technology into business value
- You have a hands-on approach and enjoy leading teams through challenging projects to deliver results
- Experience with management consulting, IT carve-outs, integrations, and transaction environments is a strong advantage
- You hold a relevant academic degree and are fluent in both Finnish and English
