We are looking for a PROPERTY MANAGER for our Office & Real Estate Key Account Business Unit in Helsinki. The position is full-time and permanent. Working hours are mainly weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. In this role, you will report to the Key Account Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for building the basic improvement plan for our key client's premises, technical maintenance, annual maintenance planning, asset management, and developing energy efficiency in an environmentally responsible manner. You will independently lead agreed small projects from start to finish. You will actively communicate, interact, and report with the client. Budgeting and cost management are central parts of your role.
Property Manager position requires a technician or engineer level degree in the field of real estate or building technology. Knowledge of building technology systems (HVAC) is a prerequisite for this role, and previous experience in similar roles is considered an advantage. Budgeting and cost management skills are essential for success in this role. We hope you are creative and cooperative, with a proactive, systematic, and productive approach to work. You have good communication skills and IT skills. Your client is a Swedish property owner, so excellent Finnish and English language skills are required for success in this role, and Swedish language skills are considered a significant advantage in the selection process.

Etsimme Office & Real Estate -avainasiakkuustiimiimme Helsinkiin KIINTEISTÖPÄÄLLIKKÖÄ. Tehtävä on kokopäiväinen ja toistaiseksi voimassa oleva. Työaika sijoittuu pääasiallisesti arkeen klo 8-16. Raportoit tässä tehtävässä asiakkuuspäällikölle.
Tässä tehtävässä vastaat avainasiakkaamme toimitilojen perusparannussuunnitelman rakentamisesta, taloteknisestä ylläpidosta, vuosihuoltosuunnittelusta, asset-manageerauksesta ja energiatehokkuuden kehittämisestä ympäristövastuullisesti. Johdat itsenäisesti sovittuja pienprojekteja alusta loppuun. Viestit, kommunikoit ja raportoit aktiivisesti asiakkaan kanssa. Budjetointi ja kustannusjohtaminen ovat keskeinen osa tehtävääsi.
Tehtävään valinta edellyttää kiinteistö- tai talotekniikka-alan teknikko- tai insinööritason tutkintoa. Talotekniikkajärjestelmien (LVISAK) osaaminen on tässä tehtävässä edellytys sekä aiempi kokemus vastaavista tehtävistä katsotaan eduksi. Budjetointi- ja kustannusjohtamisen osaaminen on edellytys tehtävässä onnistumiseksi. Toivomme, että olet idearikas ja yhteistyökykyinen ja sinulla on proaktiivinen, systemaattinen ja aikaansaava ote työntekoon. Omaat hyvät vuorovaikutustaidot sekä tietotekniset valmiudet. Asiakkaasi on ruotsalainen kiinteistöomistaja eli tarvitset onnistuaksesi tässä tehtävässä erinomaista suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa, ruotsinkielen osaaminen katsotaan valintaprosessissa merkittäväksi eduksi.
