We are looking for Children’s Activity Instructors for the December 2026 season in Lapland, right in the heart of a fairytale-like winter wonderland - surrounded by Northern Lights and the magic of Christmas.
In this role, you will guide fun and engaging outdoor-focused activities for children. Most of our guests are families from the United Kingdom looking for an unforgettable winter holiday in Lapland, and you will play an important role in creating these magical experiences.
Previous experience working with children is considered an advantage, but is not essential. In this role, your personality can truly shine!
Located only a short drive from the hotel, the Wilderness Center is the heart of Star Arctic Hotel’s winter activities. Surrounded by the untouched nature of Lapland, this is where unforgettable Arctic adventures begin. In this role, your work will focus on the daily operations of the Wilderness Center and requires an active, hands-on approach as well as readiness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. At Star Arctic, work does not stop because of wind or snowstorms, the most important thing is a positive attitude and the ability to maintain good energy regardless of the weather.
The working period is from mid-November until the end of December.
