Job Summary
We have two openings for fixed-term Technician Trainees to support our team during upcoming summer holidays and a parental leave period. The Technician is responsible for testing, cleaning, and performing minor repairs on incoming equipment. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to our company's mission and values. You should be able to learn as you work and be capable of handling fast-paced, frequently changing workflow. Technicians contribute greatly to a positive customer experience on all stages and the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Identifying & testing incoming gear to evaluate condition and provide accurate information.
- Cleaning gear, including digital sensors, to ensure quality and functionality.
- Performing minor repairs, such as light seal replacements, lens cleaning, etc.
- Learning checking techniques and sharing knowledge with team members.
- Contributing to process improvement.
- Communicating effectively with other teams.
Qualifications
- We can only consider candidates located in Finland, and who have residence permit and the right to work recorded in it.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn within a fast changing work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of and alignment with Kamerastore mission and values.
- English work proficiency.

- Fixed term contract for 6 months. We are aiming to have our new teammates join us latest by April 13th 2026, but our main priority is finding the right people - so were open to adjusting the timeline if needed.
