The Change Management Office drives successful adoption of ERP Transformation and Value Stream & Process Governance, enabling these initiatives to deliver lasting business value. We accelerate adoption of tools, culture, processes, and ways of working. We ensure that transformation delivers lasting results, not just go-lives.

Value Stream & Process Governance is establishing how we define, own, and continuously improve our end-to-end processes. We are strengthening the Change Management Office to embed people readiness and adoption into how Wärtsilä prioritises, plans, and delivers initiatives, while building transformation and change capability across the company.
As Change & Adoption Coordinator you orchestrate people readiness and help teams succeed through change. You bring together and support business change owners, process owners and key users with a clear rhythm and shared purpose. You prepare and run readiness checkpoints, track adoption progress, surface risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned. You support communication planning and execution, helping people understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to prepare.
The location for this position is in Finland (Vaasa/Turku/Helsinki). Occasional travel may occur. We offer possibility to hybrid work.
What you will do

Prepare and facilitate people readiness checkpoints as part of readiness governance. Maintain evidence, dashboards, and action logs, and escalate gaps.

Maintain change impact mapping and stakeholder and adoption plans. Capture scope, dependencies, and hotspots.

Coordinate the adoption network. Onboard and meet change owners, process owners and key users with a clear operating rhythm and documented outcomes.

Coordinate timing and preparation of training and competence building with key user networks and project teams to ensure smooth change implementation.

Prepare and execute communication activities.

Support change owners in running stakeholder, change impact, and adoption assessments.

Collect and synthesise signals from line managers, change owners, and key users into adoption and readiness inputs for governance decisions.
What you will bring

Proven experience in supporting change and adoption, -ideally in complex, global environment.

Strength in orchestration, planning, following through and keeping multiple parties aligned without losing clarity or pace.

Advanced presentation skills with ability to produce clear written materials.

Strong facilitation skills, confidently leading forums, and meetings.

Interest in modern and emerging tools that enhance coordination and change delivery.

Analytical and structured working style, staying calm under pressure and turning ambiguity into executable plans.

MSc or BSc degree in business or communications

Fluent English, with other languages as an advantage.
