About the Role
Eat Poke is a Hawaiian-style poke bowl restaurant focused on fresh ingredients and high-quality food preparation. We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing poke bowls, handling ingredients, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Requirements:
- Proven full-time experience working as a chef in a restaurant
- Sufficient working experience in sushi or salad restaurants
- Strong skills in cutting fish and preparing salads
- Good knowledge of food processing and food safety standards
- A valid hygiene or food safety certificate
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
