We are looking for a Controller, Production to join our Fabrics business and play a key role in driving financial performance and efficiency. In this position, you will ensure accurate cost monitoring, reporting, and support decision-making that strengthens our operations and profitability.
The position is located in Tampere, Finland, and you will be reporting to the Director, Finance, Fabrics Technology Unit.
In this role you will:

Monitor and analyze production and product costs, providing clear and timely reporting.

Perform monthly closing and reporting tasks for Finland operations.

Support Fabrics business in improving profitability and operational efficiency.

Participate in planning and estimation activities.

Follow up and develop finance processes, systems, and reporting within Fabrics.
We are looking for a person with:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Management.

Proven experience in controller or similar finance roles, preferably in an industrial environment.

Fluency in spoken and written English and Finnish.

Independent, proactive, and development-oriented work approach.

Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.

Excellent IT skills; SAP ERP experience is considered an advantage.

Ability to take initiative, adapt to changing situations, and work under pressure.

Solid knowledge of general and analytical accounting and controlling.
