Delivery Lead, TECH
We are looking for a Delivery Lead to strengthen our growing Delivery & Support team. The position is permanent and full-time.
As a Delivery Lead, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across all delivery projects. You take ownership of the delivery pipeline, maintain clarity in priorities, and help the team work efficiently on the most impactful tasks. You are the daily point of contact for delivery-related matters and a central link between the team, stakeholders, and partner organisations.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys combining hands‑on delivery leadership, backlog management, and strong cross‑team collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and managing the delivery roadmap and backlog across all delivery projects.
- Prioritising tasks and projects in collaboration with business stakeholders and project managers.
- Acting as the daily go‑to person for delivery issues and coordinating work closely with the Partner Team Lead.
- Ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and well communicated.
- Monitoring progress, identifying bottlenecks, removing blockers, and escalating issues when needed.
- Reviewing and approving timesheets and delivery‑related invoices.
- Ensuring delivery practices align with ITIL principles, such as clear change handling, incident awareness, service continuity, and structured communication.
You will thrive in this position, if you have:
- Previous experience in delivery‑focused roles (e.g., Delivery Lead, Product Owner, Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or similar).
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and ability to apply best practices in areas like change management, request processes, and service governance.
- Ability to handle complex delivery environments with multiple ongoing initiatives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders in English.
- A structured and proactive approach, with the ability to identify risks early and keep deliveries on track.
- A mindset geared towards continuous improvement - of processes, ways of working, and team effectiveness.
Considered an advantage:
