Documentation Specialist

Would you be interested in helping to build a new documentation framework from the ground up while applying your strong expertise in technical writing?We are looking for a Documentation Specialist to strengthen our clients documentation team in the defence industry.In this role, you will be responsible for:producing technical content for various user, maintenance, and installation manualscompiling and maintaining spare part catalogues and other technical documentationgathering technical information in collaboration with engineering, product development, and other specialistsutilising and creating visual materials to support documentationcontributing to the development of documentation processes and toolssupporting the implementation of a new modular content management system together with the Documentation ManagerIn this role you are expected to work four days a week on-site at the clients premises in Karjaa, with one day of remote work per week.We expect you to have:experience in technical writing, technical documentation, or producing instruction materialsexperience with modular documentation systems or theirunderstanding of industrial products and engineering processesfluency in English and Finnishthe ability to work systematically and independentlystrong collaboration and communication skills when working with other specialistsexperience with PDM/PLM systemsWhat we offerWe offer you an interesting task in various and challenging documentation projects with one of the leading international companies in the field.
