About the role
We are looking for a hands-on RF Integration & Support Engineer to join a cutting-edge Electronic Warfare (EW) project. The role involves system integration, testing, and field support of RF-based platforms combining hardware, firmware, and software components. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and support system deployment and validation at customer sites, including international travel.
Work tasks
This position focuses on the full lifecycle of electrical system development, from conceptualization and design to testing and deployment, ensuring high performance and safety standards.
- Perform system integration and acceptance testing of RF platforms
- Support system deployment and troubleshooting at customer and subcontractor sites
- Conduct field trials and live testing of EW systems
- Write and execute test procedures based on system requirements
- Build and operate RF test setups using relevant test equipment
- Collaborate with engineering teams (hardware, software, system) to resolve issues
We are looking for
- 2+ years working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Experience integrating systems with RF components and using RF test equipment
- Hands-on experience with networking concepts, including IP-based infrastructure and basic security practices (e.g., VLANs, firewalls, secure protocols)
- Familiarity with operating systems and environments used in embedded and tactical systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, Kubernetes) and their management tool
- Familiarity with EW/SIGINT systems is an strong advantage
- Background in radar systems is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Finnish languages

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel abroad for training and support missions
