ESG Data & Analytics Manager - Drive Impact Through Data-Driven Sustainability

Your responsibilities

Lead the development of ESG data processes, tools and long-term capabilities.

Combine and model data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.

Build clear, visual dashboards and reports to support sustainability-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with business areas to interpret data and improve data quality and usability.

Drive continuous improvement in sustainability data management and analytics practices.
Expectations for you
-
You have a Master's degree in a relevant field such as data analytics, engineering, sustainability or environmental sciences.

You bring 4-7 years of experience working with data analytics, data engineering or similar roles with complex datasets.

You have strong skills in data modelling, combining datasets and creating usable data structures.

You have proven experience creating dashboards and analytics tools, preferably with Power BI and Excel.

Skills in LN, SQL and Microsoft Fabric are considered an advantage.

You have a solid understanding of sustainability metrics and ESG reporting frameworks.
