Financial Due Diligence, Associate

We are looking for junior team members to join our Financial Due Diligence team within the Advisory business area.

As an Associate, you are a recent university graduate with a strong foundation in accounting, supported by experience gained through summer jobs, internships or other relevant roles.

Our team specialises in financial due diligence and collaborates closely with our Corporate Finance, M&A Integrations & Separations and Strategy& teams across the deal continuum. Our clients include private equity funds, Finnish and international corporates, and small owner managed businesses. While their needs differ, they all expect the same outcome: high quality insights delivered by a highly capable Financial Due Diligence team.

What your work will look like

You will be part of our financial due diligence engagements, analysing target companies' historical trading, assets and liabilities, cash flows, working capital trends and business plans. While much of our work focuses on the Finnish market, our team also regularly works on large international and cross border engagements.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold an M.Sc. degree in accounting or finance with a strong accounting background.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, combined with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication and clientfacing skills.
  • Be an analytical, structured problem solver with solid PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Some experience or familiarity with analytics/visualisation tools such as Alteryx or Power BI is a plus, and a keen interest in exploring GenAI tools to streamline and automate tasks
  • Be fluent in professional Finnish and English.

What we offer

We offer you a place to grow in an energetic team of professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience. You will benefit from the support of your team and our global network, gaining opportunities for continuous learning, personal development and international assignments.

We emphasise wellbeing at work and provide extensive occupational healthcare services as well as a wide range of recreational activities.

Do you want to join our team?

Please send your CV and cover letter in English as soon as possible, and no later than 15 February 2026. We will begin interviewing and fill the positions as soon as suitable candidates are identified.
