What's the role about?
Are you detail-oriented, service-minded, and curious about how HR supports a business behind the scenes? This role is your entry point into Human Resources, where you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality HR services to employees and managers while building a strong foundation in HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
As an HR Coordinator, you will provide operational and administrative support across a wide range of HR topics. You'll work closely with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and other HR functions to ensure accurate data, consistent processes, and a high level of service.
This is an entry-level role with a structured scope, following established HR practices and procedures, and is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in Human Resources.
This is a full time temporary position with an initial duration of approximately 6 months.
What You'll do
- Provide high-quality operational HR support to employees and managers across the organization
- Enter, maintain, and validate HR data in HR systems (e.g. new hires, role changes, relocations, terminations)
- Support employee lifecycle activities including contracts, offers, changes, and documentation
- Support administrative processes related to performance management and talent planning
- Monitor data quality and ensure accurate and compliant HR records
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure consistent HR services
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely, accurate execution of HR activities
What You'll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, accurate way of working
- Interest in HR administration, employee relations, HR processes and possibly Talent Acquisition
- Good organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confidence working with data and HR systems, with a focus on quality and accuracy
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with colleagues across departments
- Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in learning and developing within HR
- No prior HR experience required - this role is suitable as an entry point into HR
- Good verbal and written language skills in both Finnish and English
