ReOrbit is looking for a proactive and solutions-driven IT Administrator / IT Support Specialist to support our growing team and help keep our technology running smoothly across all locations.
As our IT Administrator, you will be the go-to person for ensuring a seamless IT experience for employees, both onsite and remotely. You’ll play a key role in maintaining reliable systems, supporting modern workplace tools, and enabling the team to work efficiently and securely every day.

Core responsibilities:
- End-user IT support (Windows, Office 365, Google Workspace)
- Onboarding/offboarding — account creation, device provisioning, access management
- Active Directory / Entra ID and Group Policy administration
- Device management via Intune/MDM
- Hardware support: laptops, printers, mobiles, meeting room AV
- Ticket handling via Atlassian JIRA Service Management
- WiFi and network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/VPN, connectivity issues)
- Application access management — provisioning, permissions and license assignment across M365, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Shared mailbox access and licensing administration
- Documentation of processes, user help guides, and basic infrastructure setup notes
Skills and Requirements:
- 3 years in IT administration / end-user support
- Hands-on AD, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Comfortable being a hands-on, on-site presence with minimal supervision
- Fluent English (Finnish a plus, not required)
