Duties 

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls
• Achieving individual sales, qualitative and quantitative goals
• Entering data into the CRM system
• Building lasting relationships with customers
• Taking care of the positive image of the company

What we require

• Communication skills in Finnish - needs to be at least C1/native
• Communication skills in English - needs to be at least C1/native
• Basic information about MS OFFICE programs and computer operation
• Organization of own work according to established priorities
• Openness and positive attitude, developed interpersonal and communication skills
• High speed internet connection
• Previous experience in sales and telephone service will be appreciate
