Duties
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Achieving individual sales, qualitative and quantitative goals
- Entering data into the CRM system
- Building lasting relationships with customers
- Taking care of the positive image of the company
What we require
- Communication skills in Finnish - needs to be at least C1/native
- Communication skills in English - needs to be at least C1/native
- Basic information about MS OFFICE programs and computer operation
- Organization of own work according to established priorities
- Openness and positive attitude, developed interpersonal and communication skills
- High speed internet connection
- Previous experience in sales and telephone service will be appreciate
