Local Product Owner

We are now looking for a Local Product Owner  to own, prioritize, and maintain the backlogs of dedicated development teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Area Product Owners, HW and SW Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure your teams’ work aligns with overall product development goals. 

 

You will manage the backlogs of two development teams working on RF Power Amplifier and Digital Pre-Distortion solutions, ensuring that both hardware and software perspectives are fully considered. You’ll be joining a supportive, skilled team where cooperation and knowledge sharing are part of everyday work. 

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Own, maintain, and clearly communicate team-level backlog, ensuring transparent prioritization and well-defined items
  • Drive agile practices, define and uphold the Definition of Done (DoD), ensure high-quality delivery, and contribute to test planning to support reliable, predictable outcomes
  • Act as the primary interface between stakeholders and the development team, participate in Feature Planning, and coordinate dependencies with other teams to keep development flowing smoothly

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must-have:

  • 3+ years' experience in a technology-driven environment, with proven experience in hardware development teams (telecommunications, networking, or related technology industry) and a demonstrated understanding of SW development life cycles.
  • Knowledge of hardware development processes, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts across hardware and software domains
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills (especially for coordinating dependencies and cross-team synchronization)  
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities for defining and prioritizing backlog items, and the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain a transparent backlog 
  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. You can also come from a business background if you have technical interest and relevant experience. 

 

Nice-to-have: 

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification 
  • Interest in additional responsibilities, such as project planning, budgeting, and resource management
