Marketing, Communication and Content Creation Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable digital marketing and content creation professional to join our team and help take Kumeras communications and marketing to the next level. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership and experts as you develop our digital channels, content, communications and marketing comprehensively. This is a global role that allows you to work with colleagues and stakeholders from our units in Austria, China, Finland, Germany and Norway.

Your main responsibilities include
- Development and maintenance of Kumeras digital marketing and online visibility
- Creating content for websites, campaigns, and social media channels
- Analyzing and optimizing websites and marketing campaigns
- Implementing SEO and Google Ads advertising
- Plan and execute Kumeras presence at international trade fairs
- Planning and sending newsletters
- Social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)

Who is the professional we are looking for?
- 2-4 years experience in marketing and/or content creation
- Full professional proficiency in English and Finnish, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in speaking and writing
- The ability to work independently as well as cooperate with a global team
- A self-driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented working style
- Photo, picture and video editing skills
- Google Ads knowledge
- Basic skills in Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram advertising
- Experience in creating newsletters

Considered an advantage
- Experience in broader digital marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing automation
- German language skills
