At CBRE, our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team delivers integrated facilities management services to leading organisations worldwide. Were now looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our growing team in Mäntsälä for one of our large, global clients.
**About the role**
As a multi-skilled technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising building systems to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment for our clients site. This is a hands-on role, where your technical expertise directly impacts daily operations.
**What Youll Do**
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
- Conduct routine inspections, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot faults
- Support the installation, testing, and modification of building equipment and systems
- Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials, and ensure timely completion
- Use internal systems to track tasks and maintain accurate service records
- Monitor and support energy efficiency by ensuring systems operate at optimal performance
- Inspect installations for compliance with safety standards and building regulations, reporting any issues
- Follow established procedures while contributing to continuous improvement where possible
**What You Bring**
- Technical or vocational background within engineering, maintenance, or similar
- Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and work in a structured way
- Good communication skills in both Finnish and English is a must
