Job Description
Your role
You will play a key role in helping clients navigate the complex and constantly evolving landscape of operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS) cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on OT/ICS cybersecurity strategies, implementing robust security controls tailored to critical infrastructure environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as NIST, IEC 62443, and sector-specific regulations, and assisting clients in strengthening their overall OT/ICS security posture while maintaining operational continuity.
You won't be working alone as you will collaborate with both our global and local teams of cyber professionals, bringing a balanced mix of technical, legal, and business expertise to support you.
As an experienced Cyber professional, you will contribute to client engagements, build trusted relationships with clients, collaborate with teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions, help enhance our service offerings, and create innovative approaches to meet growing demand in an international environment.
As part of our Cyber team, your role may include:
- Contributing to, or leading client projects by developing and implementing cybersecurity solutions and controls tailored to address our clients' challenges
- Solving hands-on technical OT security challenges concerning the security of operational technology and industrial environments
- Assessing and advising our clients both technically and procedurally on improvements within the area of OT security. This can include e.g. advising on the implementation of technical security solutions for clients, performing OT security site assessments and/or technical OT security tests
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with stakeholders and clients by collaborating closely to understand their business needs and ensuring all engagements meet the highest quality standards
- Supporting proposal development, including responding to RFPs and contributing to business development activities related to potential projects and engagements

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need curiosity, an open mind, and client-focused mindset. Our clients face complicated challenges, so the ability to quickly learn new concepts and efficiently source relevant information from our Finnish resources or our global network is essential
To thrive in this role and within our team, we have outlined key attributes and requirements that ideal candidates should possess. While you don't need to meet every criterion, having most of these will greatly support your success:
- Several years of cyber security experience with subject-matter expertise specifically in OT/ICS security, broader than purely network security focused experience
- Knowledge and experience of operational technology standards and frameworks (e.g. IEC62443 series, NIST 800-82)
- You enjoy challenges and are eager to solve complex client problems and preferably already have experience acting in a consultative role in cyber consulting. Having experience also from the client perspective, especially from working with or at manufacturing/industrial organization is always beneficial, but not required
- Ability to make complex analysis and communicate it in a concise and clear manner, appropriately tailored to people from a very wide range of cultures, technical backgrounds and seniorities
- You get satisfaction from helping organizations whilst forming and maintaining long-term business partnerships/relationships requiring effective interpersonal skills
- You have completed some relevant cyber certifications or the ambition to complete them (CISSP, CISM, Security+, SSCP, GICSP, GRID, ISA62443 to name a few)
- Relevant educational background (e.g., M.Sc. (Tech.), or Bachelor of Engineering)
- Fluency in English and in Finnish, both oral and written
- You are required to be currently located in Finland and possess a valid residence permit. We are currently not considering candidates requiring relocation
