We're looking for a Payroll Trainee to join our HR and payroll team, where you'll assist our payroll specialists in daily routines and learn how payroll processes truly work from start to finish. If you enjoy numbers, accuracy, and learning by doing, this role is made for you!
As a Payroll Trainee, you'll support our payroll team in handling everyday tasks and gain hands-on experience in the full payroll process from the beginning to the end of an employment relationship. You will learn how to apply the Technology Industry Collective Agreement and relevant legislation in practice, take part in reporting and official notifications, and help coordinate employee benefits together with our HR team. You'll also have the chance to contribute to developing our processes and digital ways of working. Most importantly, you'll learn by doing and asking.

- Ongoing or soon-to-begin studies in financial administration
- Accuracy, interest in numbers, and an organized way of working
- A positive, proactive attitude and curiosity to learn - your mindset makes all the difference
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Finnish
The job is located at our headquarters in Ulvila, Satakunta.
